This walnut bedroom set is quite interesting, with a combination Victorian and mid-century Americana feel. The curves of the vanity and the fun shell-shaped mirror bring out the mid-century feel in this set, but the convex drawer design and the dark walnut wood with the golden handles make the pieces feel antique. The vanity has nine great drawers in three sizes so there is plenty of room for everything, and the design makes it feel like each little surface is its own area. The vanity also comes with a stool with stout, square legs and an overstuffed cushion. The nightstand mimics the vanity in design, and the bed has a platform feel to it with a high headboard and no footboard. The bed comes fully decked out in wonderful plaids that match the vanity seat and bring the feel back to mid-century America. A set with a ton of character!
