Dollhouse City has a standard set of shipping rates. We also offer shipping saver rates to those who are willing to wait a little longer for there doll houses. Simply put, if we can save money in using a slower rate we want to push those saving to our customers.
Shipping rates are calulated by total purchase price and are as follows:

Return Policy
We will except returns under the following conditions:
1. All returns must be notified via e-mail to orders@dollhousecity.comto be eligible for a refund.
2. All returns must be within 15 days of date the order was received.
3. All Items must be in resale condition, including the original packaging.
4. Damaged items will be replaced with same or similar items only.
5. All returns must be sent back in packaging that prevents damage to the items.
6. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return items.
7. Dollhouse Kits are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
