Dollhouse Kits Shipping Dollhouse City has a standard set of shipping rates. Shipping dollhouse kits can be an expensive endeavor. We have scaled this rate to insure that you will receive a competitive rate. In most cases Dollhouse City.com will pay more in shipping that what we charge.

Orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and will be shipped according to amount of products purchased. (See estimated time of arrival below).

Estimated Time of Arrival for Orders:

All orders $60.00 or more (not including shipping) will be processed within 48 hours and shipped to your house 7 - 10 business days from order.

All orders $59.99 or less (not including shipping) will be processed within 48 hours and shipped to your home 2 - 3 weeks from your order.

Why Do We Do This?

Dollhouse City ships orders directly from the manufacturer when the order is placed. This allows us to keep our prices low. For larger orders we can ship directly to our customers from the manufacturer and save time and money, which we pass on to you. The manufacturer will not send anything smaller than $60.00 directly to the customer due to the increased cost of labor. In order to service our small order customers, we bundle small orders together, to reduce shipping costs, and ship them to our center (7 - 18 business days to arrive). Once they reach our center we individually package and ship them (within 1 business day) to your homes (2 - 4 business days).

You will enjoy a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee at Dollhouse City.com If you would like to return any item please use the following process to do so:

1. All returns must be notified via e-mail to orders@dollhousecity.com to be eligible for a refund. Most items will be sent directly to the manufacturer and you will need the shipping information before your return the item
2. All returns must be within 30 days of date the order was received.
3. All Items must be in resale condition, including the original packaging.
4. Damaged items will be replaced with same or similar items only.
5. All returns must be sent back in packaging that prevents damage to the items.
6. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return items.
