We offer a standard set of shipping rates. Rather than have unpredictable shipping rates we created a scale to ensure that you know what you'll be paying for your order.

Please let us know if you have any questions about your order or shipment.

Most orders ship within 1-2 days and arrive in 5-7 days.

You will enjoy a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee at Dollhousecity.com If you would like to return any item, please use the following process to do so:

  1. All returns must be notified via e-mail to orders@dollhousecity.com to be eligible for a refund.
    Please Note - Some Returns will be sent directly to the manufacturer and you will need the shipping information before your return the item
  2. All returns must be within 30 days of date the order was received.
  3. All Items must be in resale condition, including the original packaging.
  4. Damaged items will be replaced with same or similar items only.
  5. All returns must be sent back in packaging that prevents damage to the items.
